Welcome to Lenticular. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which comply with EU Consumer Rights and French Commercial Code regulations.

1. Contractual Parties & Services

Lenticular, operated as a micro-entreprise located at 34 Rue Louis Denis Mallet, 33130 Bègles, France, provides custom hand made prints and physical lenticular cards. By placing an order, you form a binding agreement directly with our workshop under EU e-commerce standards.

2. Custom Products & Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (cool-off period) does not apply to custom-made, personalized items. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Price, Payment & VAT

All prices are displayed in EUR. Because our business benefits from the franchise en base de TVA, VAT is not applicable (TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI). Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to modify prices, but orders will be billed at the rate in effect at checkout.

4. Delivery & Damage Claims

Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Any shipping issues or damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law, accompanied by photos of the packaging as received for carrier claims.

5. Applicable Law, Disputes & Mediation

These terms are governed by French and EU laws. In accordance with French consumer law (Article L616-1 of the Code de la consommation), consumers may access the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission, as well as our designated consumer mediation provider for dispute resolution.
