Our commitment to data protection

We are fully committed to GDPR compliance. This page details how we implement the principles of data protection by design and by default.

1. Privacy by Design

Lenticular features localized image processing. Your original photos and videos are kept in secure local sandboxes on your device. They are not sent to cloud servers during draft creation.

2. Consent Management

We obtain your explicit consent for marketing communications and cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time via your account dashboard or cookie preference center.

3. Data Security

All data transfers between the store, backend, and external payment provider (Stripe) are fully encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Access is strictly restricted on a need-to-know basis.

4. Data Breach Protocol

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify the French supervisory authority (CNIL) within 72 hours, and affected users immediately if there is a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
